This is the Rowan in the black, waxy, burnished leather. They are part sandal, part closed-toe shoe, so they are eminently suitable for the office and for casual wear with jeans. There's a cork/EVA midsole for comfort and durability, a suede-lined, cushioned memory foam footbed, and a long-lasting rubber outsole.
